In Orlando, Florida in April of this year, a young muliebrity was at a club when an off-duty officer and her got into an argument. The officer said that the char spit in his face and gave him some lip. She was charged with battery on the officer. The woman was facing jail time, exclusively a video of the incident was released and showed the officer pushing the woman rout the stairs. The prosecutors dropped the charges on the woman and the officers smack into was an eight hour suspension. I think this punishment for follow up unreasonable force on a suspect is ridiculous. He should have faced a lot harsher sentence. If some incompatible soul, not an officer, had pushed someone down the stairs. They would have faced grade out charges. The officer should have faced the same punishment. He in like manner should have more moderation than to push someone down the stairs.

As for rejuvenateing the injustices that number in sentencing/punishment, I fall apartt confide there is a focal point. The only way to fix sentencing to be equal for a certain plague across the board, no matter who the defendant is, is to draw up a list of crimes and punishment rules for each crime. For instance, any person charge and found disgraced of assault would face 6 months in jail (this was only an example); all persons found guilty of finish off would face life in prison; and so onwards I do not see this happening in todays society or justice system. If you inherent to get a full essay, order it on our website:
